Hair Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and recommend suitable treatments for the customers
- Provide after sales & after treatment follow up with customers
- Regular scalp check for customers
- Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager from time to time
Hair Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Exercise full Treatment compliance
- Daily Duty activities including upkeep outlet’s cleanliness, answer phone calls and equipment maintenance, etc
- Any other duties that may be assigned to the Employee from time to time
Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Attending to walk in customers, customers by appointment, fixing/rescheduling appointments and answering to queries made
- Post of Sales System on issuing Invoices, Service Sheet and Customer Treatment book
- Responsible for submission of Outlet Reports (Operations, CRM, Marketing Dept)
- To achieve targeted customer visit rate
- Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager from time to time
Requirements:
- Open to Singaporean citizens and PRs only.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- No prior experience required; we welcome fresh candidates.
- Must be comfortable working retail hours.
